Term dates for the 2019-2020 season are:

Term 1: September 9-November 10, 2019
Term 2: November 11, 2019-January 26, 2020
Term 3: January 27-April 5, 2020
Term 4: April 13-June 15, 2020

** Please note the break between Terms 3-4 for all full-year members (no classes Monday April 6-Sunday April 12, inclusive)

Method of Payment
Cartwheels accepts Cash, Cheque and Debit as well as Visa and Mastercard for all of our programs.
Gymnastics Ontario Fee
“The Gymnastics Ontario Fee for $30.00 that you will see listed on your invoice includes an annual membership with Gymnastics Ontario. Cartwheels Gym Centre (along with other gymnastics clubs in Ontario) are governed by Gymnastics Ontario. All of our coaches, athletes, judges and supporters (recreational and competitive) are required to be registered with Gymnastics Ontario in order to be covered by their insurance policy.
Gymnastics Ontario begins their annual coverage July 1, each season and it expires the following June 30. Anyone who is registered in a program at Cartwheels Gym Centre must be registered with them. This is an annual fee, so if you join a program at any time between July 1, and June 30, each child will be charged the Gymnastics Ontario Fee of $30.00. This membership fee is transferable between Gymnastics Ontario member clubs, so if you join Cartwheels Gym Centre throughout the membership year and you were attending another member club, you will not be required to pay this fee again. Please notify us at time of registration so we may transfer your insurance.”
Inclement Weather Policy
Class Cancellations
Daytime classes and Drop-In Play are cancelled if the Halton District School Board issues bus cancellations. There will be a phone message left on our answering system by 8am the morning of any cancellation as well as a Facebook notice posted on our fan page.

Should weather threaten the evening class times, the messages will be updated by 4pm.

Due to scheduling constraints no make-up classes can be offered due to inclement weather cancellations.
Refund Policy
Method of Payment
For 1st time members, we will guarantee a full refund or credit for classes not taken if you are not completely satisfied with the program after 2 full weeks into the term. All requests must be done by completing a request form and will require a processing time of up to 2 weeks. All refunds will be less the membership fee and fee for classes taken.
