Method of Payment
Cartwheels accepts Cash, Cheque and Debit as well as Visa and Mastercard for all of our programs.
Cartwheels Insurance Fee Policy
The insurance fee of $22/child is non-refundable and is paid once, annually, at time of registration. The insurance coverage is July 1-June 30.
The insurance fee for Tiny Gym includes ONE supporter to be in the gym during the class.
The insurance must be paid if registering for three or more days of camp, and must be paid with all Term registrations.
Inclement Weather Policy
Class Cancellations
Daytime classes and Drop-In Play are cancelled if the Halton District School Board issues bus cancellations. There will be a phone message left on our answering system by 8am the morning of any cancellation as well as a Facebook notice posted on our fan page.

Should weather threaten the evening class times, the messages will be updated by 4pm.

Due to scheduling constraints no make-up classes can be offered due to inclement weather cancellations.
Refund Policy
Method of Payment
For 1st time members, we will guarantee a full refund or credit for classes not taken if you are not completely satisfied with the program after 2 full weeks into the term. All requests must be done by completing a request form and will require a processing time of up to 2 weeks. All refunds will be less the membership fee and fee for classes taken.
